THE EYEOur logo is the eye.We are often asked about the meaning of our eye symbol. The "third eye" logo originated from a symbolic story in the great epic Mahabharata. One day, Parvati, the daughter of mountains, playfully covered Lord Shiva's eyes with both her hands without realizing the consequences. Suddenly the whole universe dipped into darkness - the darkness of ignorance. In a matter of seconds Shiva opened up his third eye, bringing back the light of knowledge.
Thats what SPICMACAY is about... bringing the knowledge back, and avoid the darkness of ignorance. Giving the younger generations of the world (especially India) an opportunity to experience the magic Indian music and culture posseses is the main goal of SPICMACAY.
